Chocolate lunch at Chococo Exeter 

Yesterday I had a chocolate lunch with Lauren from Eating Exeter at Chococo Exeter.


Manager Bob told us all about how they ethically & responsibly source the chocolate.

And gave us a bit of a taster session.


The chocolate & the hot chocolate was lovely, it’s made from whole chocolate not powder so it’s isn’t insanely artificial & sweet tasting like High Street hot chocolate.


I tried the 100% Columbian but my favourite was the 75% Tanzanian which has a hint of banana.


I’ve been in a few times now and I’ve been very impressed with the ethos of the company and the passion that all the staff and managers ooze.

If you are near Gandy Street, pop in and taste for yourselves. There are lots of free samples AND (it’s official) chocolate is good for you.
